B4 SUNRISE debut album was laid down after about two years of sessions and rehearsals, between late 2001 and early 2003 in Michael Brückner's home studio and previously was available as a privately distributed CD-R.

It contains both already older pieces, that had been performed live by earlier incarnations of the band, but never recorded, written by Reinhold Krämer and/or Wolfgang Bechtluft, as well as new material, partly written by Michael Brückner, or the whole band. The oldest song, "Childhood Dream" even goes back to the year 1978...

B4 SUNRISE still is the last incarnation of a longer line of bands and projects originating from the area of Alzey (near the city of Mainz, near Frankfurt). The constellation Reinhold Krämer (keyboards, vocals), Wolfgang Bechtluft (guitars, vocals) and Michael Brückner (electronics, production) exists since about the year 2000.
